Over this frame, solid wood multilayer board panels form the carcass body, providing a dense, void-free substrate that holds fixings firmly and resists the expansion and contraction cycles common in lesser materials. Cabinet doors are finished in a matte-surface moso-style board that delivers a smooth, refined appearance with strong resistance to everyday surface contact and cleaning.
Every joint, panel edge, hinge alignment and door gap is reviewed against JL&C Furniture’s internal production standards before any piece is released from our Shanghai manufacturing facility.
