The JL&C Art Resin Dining Table is built around a solid wood multilayer board core — a construction method that combines the structural integrity of real timber with the dimensional stability needed to support a large, flat dining surface over years of daily use. Unlike single-slab or MDF alternatives, the multilayer solid wood board resists seasonal expansion, surface warping and joint separation, ensuring the tabletop remains level and true regardless of climate or setting.
Over this engineered-solid foundation, our craftspeople hand-pour premium decorative resin in carefully controlled layers. Each pour is timed, tinted and levelled by hand, so the colour gradients, translucency and surface patterning of every finished table are entirely one-of-a-kind. No two tables leave our Shanghai facility looking identical — each carries its own resin flow lines, depth and character.
The base completes the piece with equal care. Birch art resin legs — shaped and finished to complement the tabletop’s visual weight — provide stable four-point support while adding a sculptural dimension that mass-produced metal or plain timber legs simply cannot replicate. The result is a dining table that functions as both a gathering place and a genuine centrepiece: suitable for private residences, boutique restaurant fit-outs, hotel dining rooms and high-end commercial interiors.
