The fabrication process begins with stainless steel tube, bar or sheet cut to the confirmed dimensions of your order. Components are joined by precision welding, and weld points are ground flush and polished so that no seam, no scale and no rough edge is visible on the finished piece. The electroplating process follows: every surface is cleaned, prepared and plated to a consistent depth in the selected finish \u2014 brushed gold, brushed silver, satin chrome or matte black \u2014 with the plating applied in our own facility so that finish depth, surface texture and colour consistency are controlled across every unit in an order, not sourced from an external supplier and hoped to match.<\/p>

The top surface is available in three materials: stainless steel sheet (flush with the frame for a monolithic, single-material appearance), clear tempered glass (4 mm or 6 mm, seated within the steel frame and secured with concealed adhesive for a clean edge), or smoked tinted tempered glass (the same \u8336\u73bb bronze-warm grey tint used in our bookshelf range \u2014 reducing the visual density of the top surface while adding tonal warmth). All three top options are available with any of the four frame finishes.
